Highlights
Friday, Aug. 6 - Saturday Aug. 7: Last 2 days of Soul Fest 2010.
You can call 978-346-4577 (M-F 9AM-6 PM) to see if there are
any tickets left. Today, MercyMe is featured - and tomorrow it
will be Jars of Clay.
Sunday, Aug. 8: Mac will finish part 2 of the sermon he preached last
Sunday. If you ever wonder about how this world is going to end, and does
the Bible have anything to say about such things, then this sermon is for you!
Learn how to redefine the meaning of life, and recalibrate your mind.
At 11:30 AM, the men are invited to bring their lunch, and stay for session #3
of "Right Now - Unleashing Caged Christians".
A sad note - we have broken our unprecedented streak of "no inserts" - you all
knew it would happen sooner or later.
Please notice the blue insert in your bulletin this week, and sign up if there is
anything you would like to do to help with our "One Church Service" on Sept. 12.
As you will see, there are many different opportunities to serve.
Here's a few highlights from the back of the bulletin.
Monday, Aug, 9: Promise Keepers will be meeting at Dan Cox's house
in Whitefield at 7:00 PM.
Sunday, Aug. 15: After the 2nd service, the 7-12 graders will be carpooling from
church to the Schanlaber's in Lancaster for a party featuring swimming, trampoline,
bonfire, volleyball and lunch. If you have any questions, please call Jackie at 788-2195.
And, also after the 2nd service, those of you interested in joining a Gospel Choir are invited to attend a brief meeting with Carol Simon.
