Services refers to our weekly and monthly gatherings when we meet to worship our Lord and God. During these services, we ascribe to God His worth, we remind ourselves and thank God for what He’s done in our lives, we seek to learn something new from what God has written to us (the Bible), and we realign ourselves with God’s purposes.
We worship so we can engage in the real work of following Jesus: meeting people’s needs, and providing a tangible conduit for the love of Jesus to flow to hurting people.
Sunday Services
We offer two identical services each Sunday morning, at 8:00 and 11:00 AM. From Father’s Day through Labor Day, we start the second service at 10:00 AM. These services employ a blended style, which means you’ll hear traditional music, gospel hymns and contemporary songs all mixed and arranged around the morning’s message theme.
Other services
Occasionally, we host special services for the church or community--or both. These are typically posted and announced using the various communication channels.
We believe everything we do in any service must comply with scripture (or at least not contradict it), and honor God.
